Returns are easy. Firstly, at URBAN HIJAB®, we stand behind our products. If for any reason, you experience dissatisfaction with your choice, we offer you a 7-day return policy, allowing you to shop with confidence.
We will refund the purchase price or exchange the item, whichever you prefer. The original processing and shipping charges are not refundable. If, however, the return is the result of our error, then we will refund all fees.
We Will Issue a Delivery Confirmation Number. You Must Attach It to Your Item for Return.
Firstly, inspect all items upon receipt.
If you wish to exchange, return, conversely refund; send us an email. Tell us what you want.
Requirements for the unwanted merchandise are: Return in the same packaging as well as the condition you received it. Therefore, the item or items remain most importantly, new, un-tailored, and unwashed.
Lastly, we will send you a Delivery Confirmation Number. You will use it with your return. You must use the Delivery Confirmation Number because we are not responsible if the merchandise becomes lost in transit.
A request for return received after 7 (seven) days, but before 14 (fourteen) days qualifies toward store credit.
Lastly, a delivery refusal because of any reason other than damage or defect may regrettably result in a 25% service fee.
There is NO refund and NO exchange of Bazaar and Clearance items.
In conclusion, custom-made as well as personalized items are not subject to cancellation, return or exchange. However, in the event your items arrived in a damaged state, we will happily send you an exact replacement at no extra cost. Custom-made items include; hemmed sleeves, pants, skirts, plus dresses; also, waist adjustments for pants and skirts.
