Clearance and Bazaar Items are Final Sales
Returns are easy. First and foremost, at URBAN HIJAB®, we stand behind our products. If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your selection, we offer you a 7-day return policy, allowing you to shop with confidence.
We will refund the purchase price or exchange the item, whichever you prefer. The original processing and shipping fees are not refundable. If, however, the return is the result of our error, then we will refund all fees.
We Will Issue a Delivery Confirmation Number, and You Must Attach It to Your Item for Return.
- Firstly, inspect all items upon receipt.
- If you wish to exchange, return or refund; send us an email, and tell us what you want.
- The unwanted merchandise must be in the same packaging and condition as you received it. Therefore, the item or items must be new, untailored, and unwashed.
- Lastly, we will send you a Delivery Confirmation Number, and you will use it with your return. You must use the Delivery Confirmation Number because we are not responsible for merchandise lost in transit.
A request for return received after 7 (seven) days, but before 14 (fourteen) days qualifies for store credit.
Lastly, a delivery refusal for any reason other than damage or defect may regrettably result in a 25% service fee.
There is NO refund and NO exchange on Clearance and Bazaar items.
In conclusion, custom-made or personalized items are not subject to cancellation, refund or exchange; however, in the event, your items arrived in a damaged state, we will happily send you an exact replacement at no additional cost. Custom-made items include, but may not be limited to; hemmed sleeves, pants, skirts and dresses and waist adjustments for pants and skirts.
